My father, Harold Phillips, bought an 8mm Kodak film camera in 1959 and took about 40 hours of footage in the 1960s and 70s. In 2010, I sent that fading film away to be digitized, so now it is preserved and multiple copies exist.

I’ve edited some of the footage and made it available on my YouTube channel. I had initially posted these videos without ads, but YouTube changed the rules for tiny channels like mine in 2021 and started putting ads before the videos. I don’t receive any money from these ads and don’t have any control over their contents, or if they appear or not. Someday I will figure out how to self host videos, but until then, apologies for subjecting you to whatever it is YouTube wants to sell you.
